A secondary/further visit in January 2018 and nothing much has improved, this has to be one of the worst Screwfix stores that I have had the misfortune to visit. Go to Screwfix Frome or Shaftesbury stores totally different story, staff attentative and really helpful Therefore have now downgraded Salisbury Screwfix to two stars
