  Very poor customer service, waited about 10min to pay for my stuff when there wasnt even a queue and didn't get any apologies when it get to my turn. I got ear rings with sale label of £1.75 but it was actually £4 - I noticed it because of my final bill, girl at the desk didn't even bother to tell me and then didn't even apologise for having an item with a wrong label, she just said "£4 is their price" very rudely. Then proceed to take the ear rings of my bill as I said I didnt want them and didn't even said thank you or gave my receipt. My friend had a phone case which was also with wrong price and once again no apologies from the sale assistant. I understand sales period is stressful for retail and their employees but customer service skills should be a requirement and staff should have that mindset especially when shop is empty which was this case.

  Girl at the counter flirted with me, This encounter made me change the 'medium' boxers I was buying to a 'large' pair, they were slightly more expensive. They conned me out of an extra quid. Well played NL.
