I felt terrible as it was chucking down with rain... but even more reason not to have a headlight out. Steve was so happy to help. He brought me an umbrella out and was so helpful. He had a job to do our Astra as it was so fiddly... but he didn't give up! He got my bulb changed and couldn't have been more friendly. Thanks for an awesome experience! :-)
