  Driving back to Southampton from Salisbury in heavy traffic and in the dark, I realised I had a puncture, and in a no spare tyre car! By some stroke of magic the Halfords autocentre appeared on my left as I manoeuvred from the outside lane. I cannot praise the service here enough. Courteous, immediate help, a hot chocolate whilst I was waiting and a very interesting conversation with friendly staff! It was such good value for money that I will take my car there for service instead of garage I have used till now. Many thanks indeed, you were fantastic!

  Having had good experiences with Halfords up Southampton Road I was shocked by the service at the Autocentre. I booked the car in for specific services. The day before my husband called to check the details and they had no booking on the system. After sorting that error the car was fixed but the admin did not know how to process the payment and vouchers. Overall admin let down the entire experience.
