  I checked the ECP website for a power steering switch for my Ford Focus, couldn't see it listed so I phoned them at about 8:05am on a Saturday morning. They said they could get one in for 11:30am, great I thought but I needed the car running ASAP so I called the local Ford dealership at 9am when they opened. Ford's parts dept. said that they had one ready to collect, so I called ECP back and said not to worry, Ford has it in stock. So I went and picked it up from Ford. Got back home at about 11:55am and took the old part off... didn't match the one Ford gave me! And Ford closes at Midday! Phoned ECP said "Hi me again, I don't suppose that part I called earlier about and then cancelled was delivered anyway?" It was! Went over there and what do you know it was a perfect match. Bank holiday weekend isn't ruined!
