- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2017-05-04, by Gabi&Sam ChannelTerrible customer service. Firstly they have refused the service of taking my faulty phone despite the fact that their help centre directed me to the shop. Eventually they have decided to take the phone but did not have any basic phone as an exchange which they should provide free of charge. Very bad experience! Felt like a burden not a customer. Sad.
