  I have now purchased a new tv set up and a mac book here in the last month and the customer service offered is outstanding. We were helped on both occasions by Jamie and he could not of done more for us. Best customer service I have had in a long time.

  My mother visited on Friday with her husband to look at the Vax cordless. They were approached by Kate (Dyson sales assistant) who they were sceptical about speaking to as she was from dyson not currys, but rather than pull them away from the Vax she actually got the product down for them to test. Having arthritis my mum found it difficult & heavy to move, at which point the lady explained that it verges on 5 kilograms which is double the standard weight. She bought a Dyson V6 over to them and a few others, getting more brands off the shelf too for them to test but after handing them the V6 they instantly loved it! Without slating the other brands Kate got them all down and gave them facts and rather than just saying Dyson is better, she actually explained why it’s better for her & let her test for herself. They bought V6 & love it - the brush head turns with her before she’s even turned and takes strain off her wrist. Currys staff also very good but they felt they owed it to the young lady to write this. No pressure to buy & they even sorted guarantee for them in store too which is brilliant as it’s all computer these days and they don’t have one. Big thanks currys & dyson, I know where I’m coming for my vacuum. (Sorry if we got name wrong - blonde lady somerset accent xx)
